We handle everything in-house—from meticulously preparing the raw materials and crafting the paper molds to the final stitching. Once your prototype is ready, we ship it directly to your door via FedEx, ensuring you can touch, feel, and approve your design as quickly as possible.
Once you are 100% satisfied with the prototype, we move seamlessly into mass production. We understand that timeline predictability is crucial for your business. Our bulk manufacturing process comes with a reliable 80-day turnaround. Professional File Review & Technical Pre-processing: Upon receiving your design files, our experienced embroidery technicians review them. For complex logos, small text, or gradient colors, we provide optimization suggestions to ensure the final embroidery is clear and durable.
High-Precision Digital Embroidery Machines & Test Stitching: We use multi-head industrial embroidery machines capable of handling complex designs up to 100,000 stitches. For complex files, we always adhere to a “test first, produce later” principle. We create a sample on similar fabric for your approval before full production, guaranteeing zero errors.
Expert Manual Adjustments: Complex patterns often require expertise in matching thread types, adjusting stitch density, and direction. Our technicians make fine adjustments to achieve the best three-dimensional effect and texture.

Ultra-High Precision: We utilize imported CO2 laser cutting systems with a cutting accuracy of up to ±0.1mm. This means even curves, notches, or tiny intricate details are cut with extreme precision.

Digital Layout & Material Optimization: Before cutting, our software performs intelligent nesting to maximize fabric utilization, ensuring precision while minimizing waste and adhering to eco-friendly practices.
A plump, uniform shape is essential for a plush toy’s feel and appearance. We achieve this through a combination of “machine precision” and “artisan hand-finishing.”
Fully Automated, Precision Filling: We use computer-controlled filling machines that allow us to pre-set specific fill amounts for different parts of the toy (body, limbs, head), ensuring a consistent and full base shape.
The Crucial Step: Artisan Hand-Shaping: After machine filling, our skilled artisans perform vital hand-finishing. Following design specifications, they sculpt the toy’s proper contours, sitting posture, or expression (like full cheeks or a rounded body) through patting, kneading, and local filling adjustments. This ensures each toy possesses a lively and consistent character.
High-Quality Filling Material: We only use certified, premium PP cotton (polyester fiberfill). It offers excellent resilience, retains its shape after washing, and ensures long-lasting plumpness.
Product safety is our absolute bottom line. We enforce a strict Needle Detection Procedure to ensure every outgoing toy is free from any metal residue.
Full-Process Monitoring: We have at least three needle detection checkpoints: after sewing and before final packaging.
100% Inspection & Strict Handling: Every single finished toy must pass through the detector. Any product triggering an alarm is immediately isolated. A dedicated operator investigates the cause and documents it. Only products that pass inspection proceed to packaging.
Traceable Records: Our needle detection records are linked to production batches, ensuring full traceability for quality and safety. This is a key part of our compliance with international toy safety standards (e.g., CE, ASTM F963, EN71).
