Every custom plush project brings together project management, sample development, production, and quality inspection.
Each bulk order has a dedicated project manager who coordinates requirements, organizes sample feedback, and communicates production progress and delivery arrangements. Customers have a clear point of contact, and their feedback reaches the people developing and making the product.
Much of this work happens in the details: how a pattern captures a character’s proportions, whether embroidery placement changes its expression, how a fabric feels, and whether the filling supports the intended shape. Sample reviews help us work through these choices with the customer.

Our plush toy business began in 2005 under the name Peach Town Toy. In 2015, we began reorganizing the business and transitioning to the CustomPlushMaker brand, with a stronger focus on custom manufacturing for international business customers.
Today, CustomPlushMaker and Toyseei serve different customer groups. CustomPlushMaker focuses on custom development and bulk production for businesses. Toyseei serves consumer and creator markets, including crowdfunding projects and consumer products.

Our factory tour shows sample development, fabric cutting, embroidery, sewing, in-process and finished-product inspections, needle detection, and packaging.
These images give customers a clearer view of how plush products are made. The approved sample and agreed specifications provide a reference for bulk production and quality checks.
We also discuss testing, documentation, and labeling requirements in the context of each product’s target market, intended age group, materials, and accessories.
Author Jennifer approached us to develop plush versions of her book characters, starting with an order of 100 pieces.
During development, our team recommended a size adjustment to help manage shipping costs. We also coordinated production and delivery around her book signing. The project brought together character design, purchasing budget, and the date the products were needed.
We also work with businesses developing mascot plush for employee gifts and events. Understanding how a product will be displayed, distributed, and shipped helps us discuss a suitable manufacturing approach.
We support both first production runs and bulk orders for existing product collections. Our minimum order quantity generally starts at 100 units. MOQ is calculated separately for each design, color, and size, and product specifications may affect the requirement.
