The first physical sample typically takes 1–3 weeks, from confirmation of the sampling details and agreement to begin until the sample is complete and review photos are provided. Revisions, time awaiting your feedback and shipping are additional.

For copyrighted characters, you must provide authorisation documents for our review before we can proceed with production. Designs featuring a celebrity’s likeness also require appropriate permission for review. CustomPlushMaker fully supports and protects intellectual property rights and authorised products.
Yes. Our standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has a three-year term starting from the contract date. A different term can be discussed for your project. Please contact our team before sharing confidential artwork so the agreement and its scope can be confirmed.
Free collaboration samples are available only after a manual eligibility review. Approved participants are asked to create an approximately two-minute unboxing video, publish it on social media and tag our official account. The participant pays the shipping cost. Yes. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for each unique combination of design, colour and size. Different designs, colours or sizes cannot be combined to reach the 100-piece minimum. For example, the same design in two colours requires at least 100 pieces per colour.

Bulk production typically takes about 30 calendar days. It starts after the final sample and order specifications are confirmed and both parties agree to begin production, and ends when the agreed quantity has been produced. Shipping is additional.
Allow time for sampling, revisions, your approval, bulk production and shipping. Share your destination and required delivery date so the stages can be discussed for your project. Production time and shipping time are separate. For special occasions or holidays, we suggest placing your order 3–4 months in advance. This is planning advice; the delivery timeline is discussed for your project.
